Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Givebutter is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our Growth team, focusing on acquisition. You'll own experiments that directly impact our nonprofit acquisition funnel and activation rates. Working in a high-tempo experimentation culture, you'll ship fast and learn from real user behavior. You'll design, build, and ship experiments that improve our key business metrics, collaborate with PM, Design, and Marketing to rapidly prototype and test new user experiences, implement robust A/B testing infrastructure, build full-stack features spanning React, Laravel, and data integrations, evaluate and apply AI and machine learning tools, analyze experiment results using SQL and analytics tools, champion growth engineering best practices, perform peer code reviews, and contribute to growth team’s experimentation roadmap and technical strategy.
