As Senior Director, People, you will play a critical role in building Fieldguide and will be a strategic partner across all business units for hiring, retaining, and enabling top talent. You will oversee all People functions at Fieldguide, including people operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and total rewards.
You will develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports our growth and aligns with our core values and act as a strategic partner to the executive team and functional leaders, aligning people programs to support functional business outcomes. Foundational People and Talent Acquisition frameworks will enable Fieldguide to scale quickly and foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive company culture that attracts and retains top talent.
Initiatives include global compensation, job architecture, talent acquisition strategy, candidate experience, employer brand, hiring metrics and data-driven pipeline management practices. Ensuring HR compliance with local, state, federal, and international employment laws.
