- The Protocol Specialist serves as a resource for protocol and compliance questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review contracts to extract protocol and build it into current tracking systems.
- Communicate with Client Management, Onboarding, MSP Implementation, and Vendor Relations to ensure updated protocol.
- Compile and track flu season as needed, and manage documents in PandaDoc.
Qualifications:
- Previous healthcare staffing experience preferred and a placement/sales background.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a fast-paced workload.
