About the role:
- Validate and configure executed provider contracts and amendments for completeness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve missing information and clarify contract intent.
- Ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency across internal systems.
Responsibilities:
- Review executed provider contracts, amendments, W-9s, rosters, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with Network Contracting, Credentialing, Roster Operations, Rate Configuration, and leadership.
- Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities and data entry skills.
