Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update provider data in systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify data from external sources, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with internal/external partners.
- Monitor data quality, generate reports, and support audits.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; 3+ years in provider data management or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management software; experience with NPPES and knowledge of NCQA/CMS a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Collaboration and Compliance:
- Collaborate with claims, customer service, and network management teams to resolve issues.
- Provide training and support on provider data systems.
- Stay current with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
