Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain provider file databases with documentation submitted.
- Research and recommend actions for provider contract files.
- Resolve provider file claims edits and analyze reports for data corrections.
Qualifications:
- High-School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience in general business field (depending on level).
- Intermediate PC proficiency and skill in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
