Responsibilities:

  • Provides data for internal grant writing, compliance, planning, and research.
  • Prepares reports on student demographics, enrollment statistics, faculty workload, course information, and state funding formula-related data.
  • Creates visualization and presentation materials for the President's Executive Team and college governance councils.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in a related field with five years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with three years, or Master's degree with one year.
  • Preferred experience in community college operations, ERP systems, survey research, data reporting software like Cognos or Tableau, and data visualization.

Work Environment:

  • Typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with possible after-hours or weekend work.
  • Eligible for fully remote work in New Mexico, Arizona, or Texas as determined by the Director.

Compensation:

  • Salary grade CS119 with a minimum starting salary of $58,870, final salary based on experience and qualifications.
  • Fixed term employment, full-time at 40 hours per week.
