Job Summary:
- Support business strategies and elicit requirements from cross-functional teams.
- Define solutions, provide training, and act as sprint manager.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop specifications for projects and ad hoc requests.
- Partner with customers to discover needs and offer solutions.
- Interpret data, identify trends, and create data visualization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Ten years of relevant experience.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote with flexible hours between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
- Approximately 15–20 hours per week, no on-call.
- Must reside in specified US states.
