Responsible for collecting data directly from patients and referring provider offices to confirm and create scheduled appointments for patient services. Coordinates scheduling and referrals to other healthcare providers and services. Assists with maintenance and updating of provider contact information.

Supports executive management with planning, development, and implementation of patient clearance experience programs, projects, and initiatives, including patient financial experience. Acts as a liaison and advocate between patient clearance experience and other departments including vendor support as needed. Leads and oversees out-of-scope scheduling, patient clearance experience operations, including ambulatory and medical group scheduling as well as the Medicaid Eligibility program.
