Key Responsibilities:
- Review facility credentialing applications and perform primary source verification including license, CCN, DEA, NPDB, and accreditation checks.
- Communicate with facilities to clarify questions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure complete applications.
- Maintain accurate credentialing records and monitor expiration dates of licenses and certifications.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous facility credentialing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage a high-volume workload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
