- Lead Project Management, Operations, and Cyber teams.
- Develop and mentor Associate Directors.
- Establish and enforce operational standards across all engagements.
Solution Design and Pre-Sales Engagement:
- Partner with Sales and Advisory Services to support solution design.
- Provide input on pricing, scoping, team structure and solution architecture.
Financial and Portfolio Management:
- Own overall financial performance.
- Monitor and address risks using defined KPIs.
- Scale and optimize teams across Project Management, Operations, and Cyber.
