Opportunity:

  • Proven experience in user research, persona definition, and translating insights into product flows.
  • Domain expertise in consumer enrollment flows, digital healthcare journeys, or premium e-commerce.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation range of $190,000 - $210,000 annually.
  • Unlimited vacation with manager approval.
  • 16 weeks paid parental leave for delivering parents; 8 weeks for non-delivering parents.
