Qualifications:

8+ years of UX/product design experience with a portfolio showcasing high-end visual polish and journey mapping.
Bachelor's degree in design, service design, HCI, or related field.
Proven experience in user research, persona definition, and translating insights into product flows.
Domain expertise in consumer enrollment flows, digital healthcare journeys, or premium e-commerce.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation range of $190,000 - $210,000 annually.
Unlimited vacation with manager approval.
16 weeks paid parental leave for delivering parents; 8 weeks for non-delivering parents.
