About the Role:
- HighLevel is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve Custom Objects, a foundational part of the CRM platform.
- Custom Objects allow customers to model unique business entities (e.g., Properties, Vehicles, Policies) and use that data across workflows, reporting, and integrations.
What You'll Own:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for Custom Objects and the CRM data model.
- Build scalable capabilities for custom entities, fields, records, relationships, and permissions.
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture on data models, APIs, scalability, and platform extensibility.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with significant platform, CRM, or data product experience.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, entity-relationship modeling, APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization.
- Proven ability to work deeply with Engineering on technically complex products and simplify platform capabilities for SMB customers.
