Job Description

Financial Reporting:

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting documentation.
  • Review monthly financial results compared to budget and provide variance analytics.
  • Prepare board presentation materials and other ad-hoc reports as needed.

Accounting Operations:

  • Prepare complex journal entries with supporting documentation as assigned.
  • Reconcile assigned balance sheet reconciliations in line with best practice and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with Revenue Cycle Department to ensure monthly revenue is accounted for correctly.

Compliance and Controls:

  • Maintain systems and controls that verify the integrity and accuracy of all financial systems.
  • Provide information and assistance to facilitate the completion of annual financial statement audits.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all employee and financial information.
