Job Description
Financial Reporting:
- Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting documentation.
- Review monthly financial results compared to budget and provide variance analytics.
- Prepare board presentation materials and other ad-hoc reports as needed.
Accounting Operations:
- Prepare complex journal entries with supporting documentation as assigned.
- Reconcile assigned balance sheet reconciliations in line with best practice and internal controls.
- Coordinate with Revenue Cycle Department to ensure monthly revenue is accounted for correctly.
Compliance and Controls:
- Maintain systems and controls that verify the integrity and accuracy of all financial systems.
- Provide information and assistance to facilitate the completion of annual financial statement audits.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all employee and financial information.
