Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Staff Engineer to build our core Security Awareness Training product.
- You will drive technical direction through architectural ownership and high-impact code contributions.
Technologies:
- Backend: Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, MySQL/PostgreSQL; Frontend: Vue 3, SvelteKit, TypeScript.
- Cloud: AWS (ECS, Lambda, EventBridge, SQS), Terraform, GitLab CI/CD.
What You'll Lead:
- Architectural decisions, ADRs, and cross-team coordination for major subsystems.
- Front-end migration to Vue 3 while maintaining existing SvelteKit application.
