Engineering Manager

This role involves prototyping and building the foundation for our product, owning the technical roadmap, and coding alongside the team while also sharing the product hat with our GM, supported by our VP Product and CPTO. As the Engineering Manager you will build and manage a team of 3 product engineers; helping them grow and deliver more impact. You will also ensure a high bar both in terms of speed and quality. This position requires helping the team operate effectively by breaking problems down into simpler ones for fast delivery and impact and wearing any other hat necessary to the success of the team.

You will be building AI voice and chat agents to help care homes provide a 5-star service to people looking for care. Responsibilities include ensuring our agents provide high quality responses and accurate information, with robust eval frameworks to measure and improve performance and integrating deeply into Found, our SaaS operating system, leveraging our CRM to enable care seekers to book viewings and get information seamlessly.
