Senior Benefits Configuration Tester

Job Summary:

• Understand benefit design and apply skills to complete complex testing tasks.
• Validate benefit configuration setups to meet implementation and maintenance requirements.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and serve as liaison between testing team and Benefit Operations seniors.

What will you do:

• Submit test cases and create test plans for complex benefit configurations.
• Communicate with senior Benefit Operations to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Handle advanced logic validation for prior authorizations and financial accumulators.

What will you bring to SmithRx:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in benefits configuration or testing in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, NCPDP, and benefit design standards.
• Critical thinking skills to analyze data and apply logical solutions to moderately difficult situations.
