Community Moderator

DoubleZero Foundation is looking for several part-time Community Moderators who will contribute to positive growth of the DoubleZero community. In this role, you will interact with the DoubleZero community via Discord, Slack, and Telegram. You will follow internal guidance on solving user’s technical questions, as well as interact with non-technical users. The position is open in any timezone, with preference for timezones outside of North America. Key responsibilities include responding to questions from DoubleZero community members clearly and thoughtfully, escalating product issues, moderating discussions, enforcing community guidelines, and tracking engagement and sentiment. Qualifications include 1 year of experience in community management within a crypto exchange or blockchain project and familiarity with Telegram and Discord.
