Head of Compliance

This role will be high impact and have the opportunity to directly shape some of the most critical infrastructure in DeFi from the ground up. The Head of Compliance is responsible for overseeing Veda’s global compliance framework, ensuring that its vault infrastructure and DeFi strategies operate in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This role focuses on maintaining robust compliance controls across Veda’s products, partnerships, and operations, with an emphasis on custody, data protection, and regulatory requirements. The Head of Compliance will work closely with Veda’s General Counsel to ensure the proper policies and procedures are in place to support Veda’s operations and the compliance needs of our partners, address regulatory issues, and help create a culture of integrity and accountability throughout the organization.
