Director of Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic initiatives aligning engineering capabilities with business outcomes, focusing on the Integrations Platform and Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Hold a high bar for execution quality and protect Vanta and customer data through team operations.
• Influence and shape Vanta's overall engineering culture and strategy.

Qualifications:

• Possess 8+ years of engineering leadership experience with complex products or platforms in high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated success in leading and scaling engineering organizations of 40+ people with multiple teams.
• Proven ability to drive execution through managers and maintain a pulse on organizational needs.
• Business acumen and experience applying platform principles to enable product innovation.
