Responsibilities:
- Architectural Review & Validation: Assess and validate the current multi-platform data architecture and MDM strategy, identifying technical debt and integration gaps.
- MDM Strategy Design: Define and deliver the master data management architecture, establishing the 'golden source of truth' for core entities.
- Data Governance Framework: Develop and implement enterprise-grade data governance policies covering data ownership and stewardship.
Requirements:
- Advanced English communication skills (C1 or above) with ability to lead strategic discussions.
- Solid experience in Data Architecture and MDM strategy with a track record of delivering end-to-end architectures.
- Proven experience designing data governance frameworks in regulated environments.
Nice to Have:
- Deep expertise with NetSuite and Salesforce data structures and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with carbon markets, ESG data structures, or financial trading platforms.
- Experience with modern Data Fabric or Data Mesh architectural patterns.
