Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation virtually via Video Remote for a wide variety of settings (80% Medical, 20% General Community).
- Precisely interpret critical information from clients into target language(s) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Establish and maintain quality service and positive interaction with all patients, customers, and healthcare providers.
Required Qualifications:
- Verification of ASL proficiency (National ASL Certification RID, EIPA 3.7+, or BEI).
- State license or registration if required, plus 1 year of relevant interpreting experience.
- Must live in the USA and have intermediate computer skills.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent resourcefulness, ownership, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service and professional behavior.
- Ability to manage confidential information and work independently.
