Remote Norwegian Interpreter

Overview:

• As a telephonic interpreter for Norwegian, you handle on-demand calls to facilitate communication for the LEP community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide effective telephonic remote interpreting with strict confidentiality.
• Answer inbound calls in a timely manner and deliver superior customer service.
• Adhere to all policies, professional protocols, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Full fluency in both English and Norwegian.
• Technology proficient with web-based platforms, email, and Microsoft Word.
• 1+ years of professional interpreting experience and relevant certifications preferred.
