What you'll do:
- Coordinate with the Community Manager for organic promotion in forums, Reddit, Facebook groups, and Discord.
- Manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Reddit, and other platforms, including budgets and creative testing.
- Build influencer partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to grow users and subscriptions.
What we're looking for:
- Practical experience in digital marketing, community engagement, and paid social advertising.
- Familiarity with Reddit, Discord, Facebook groups, and online gaming communities.
- Strong copywriting skills and confidence reaching out to influencers for partnerships.
The opportunity:
- Take ownership of day-to-day marketing for Hefty.gg and test your own ideas.
- Work closely with the product team and directly influence growth.
- Start with a 3-4 month contract with potential to transition to permanent.
