Job Description
The Outbound Sales Representative is a key role responsible for conducting inside sales activities, utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive outbound sales efforts. This position is remote and reports directly to the Sr Director of Sales. To do that, we need an Outbound Sales Representative to focus on generating new business by contacting potential clients through outbound calls, presenting Swyft Filings', and its entity subsidiaries', services and closing sales. They will build customer relationships, identify needs, and ensure clients understand the value of our offerings. A key aspect of the role is achieving monthly revenue targets and contributing to team goals. Engage in proactive outreach to potential clients through phone calls to introduce services, identify customer needs and tailor solutions, follow up on leads, close sales, assist customers via phone and email, meet or exceed monthly sales targets, and develop positive relationships with potential clients.
