Role Objective:
- Transition financial operations from an external agency to an in-house function.
- Take complete ownership of books, month-end close, and financial reporting across parent company and DTC brands.
What You'll Do:
- Lead migration of accounting functions and establish scalable financial controls.
- Oversee multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, and shared expenses.
- Manage and review an internal Bookkeeper while handling high-volume e-commerce reconciliations.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of accounting experience with multi-entity and DTC/e-commerce exposure.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and AI tools like Claude Code.
- Strong people management and hands-on troubleshooting mindset.
Working Hours & Culture:
- Full-time, remote-first, async-first team with core overlap with US EST hours.
