About the Role:
- Serve as the main support and direction for your pod, managing month-end close and all key accounting activities.
- Act as escalation point, strategic advisor, and thought partner for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Review management reports, accounting packages, inventory, AP/AR, and payroll processing.
- Provide dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc reports; help clients develop SOPs.
- Lead training sessions and supervise team on client and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in full-cycle accounting and 2+ years in multi-client or consulting roles.
- Advanced QBO and Excel skills; NetSuite, Xero, and e-commerce tech stack experience.
- Strong GAAP knowledge, excellent communication, and team-centric proactive attitude.
