About the Role:

- This leader will be responsible for developing engineers, strengthening technical execution, and ensuring high standards of delivery across platform and product initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor Systems Engineers across multiple product initiatives.
- Provide clear performance expectations, coaching, and career development.
- Foster accountability, ownership, and technical rigor.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software or systems engineering, with 2+ years leading engineers.
- Experience building or operating distributed systems, platform services, or backend systems.
- Strong understanding of stable, resilient, and scalable system architecture design.
