Job Description
As a social platform used by millions globally, safety isn't a feature, it’s a core product mission. We’re looking for a Safety Product Manager to join the Product team and take ownership of some of the most critical challenges we face. The Safety PM will be part of the Product team (CPO + 2 PMs + 2 Product Designers) and work cross-functionally with engineering, ML, design, data, legal and Trust & Safety (T&S) ops teams.
This high-impact, strategic role includes end-to-end ownership of safety initiatives at scale. Responsibilities include leading product discovery for all safety-related initiatives, defining and prioritizing safety outcomes aligned with Yubo’s strategy, driving the delivery of scalable solutions, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment across teams, owning impact monitoring, representing product in internal governance processes, and supporting a strong product culture.
