Looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in NICE CXone omnichannel solutions to lead the delivery of high-impact contact center projects. This role requires excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and technical coordination skills to ensure the successful implementation of CXone solutions aligned with business objectives. The candidate should be available to work during European business hours and possess strong French language skills Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of NICE CXone implementation and enhancement projects; Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors; Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in coordination with internal and external teams; Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget; Drive communication across multilingual stakeholders, ensuring alignment on requirements, timelines, and outcomes; Maintain project documentation and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
