Job Description
- Responsible for supervising Case Managers, assessing patient needs, evaluating the plan of care, and monitoring the effectiveness of care.
- Acts as a resource for Case Managers and support staff, providing guidance and support.
- Maintains a focus on timely customer service for internal and external clients.
- Identifies and addresses quality issues and participates in quality management activities.
- Comply with policies and procedures and conforms to URAC standards.
