Responsibilities:
- Identify product risks and work on challenging, complex problems by experimenting, testing, and validating assumptions.
- Plan and deliver solutions, test new and existing features end-to-end, and triage/debug issues on customer endpoints.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience testing software on customer endpoints like macOS, Windows, and mobile.
- Strong knowledge of L3-L7 networking (IP, TCP, UDP, DNS) and experience with manual E2E testing of network apps/VPNs.
- Proficiency with MDM platforms, traffic captures (Wireshark), log gathering, and remote work under minimal supervision.
