Responsibilities:

  • Own the technical evaluation from discovery to handover, including RFP responses and solution design contributions.

  • Build deep product and domain knowledge to handle customer queries independently, reserving SMEs for novel issues.

Skills and Experience:

  • Requires 7+ years in pre-sales or solutions engineering within SaaS, specializing in payments or authentication.
  • Deep expertise in payments (EMV 3DS, issuer integrations) or authentication (SCA, MFA, SDKs), with fluency in the other.
  • Engineering or technical degree preferred, with comfort in regulated environments and financial services experience.
