VP, Product

Role Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business strategy and outcomes for partners.
• Lead as a player-coach, building and scaling the Product and Design organization while maintaining hands-on execution.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Develop deep customer expertise and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to drive adoption, growth, and a fast, iterative development process.
• Own the operating cadence, serving as connective tissue between strategy and execution, and reinforce cultural values across the product organization.

Candidate Profile:

• Requires extensive product leadership in complex, regulated industries (Series A to C) with experience in multi-sided marketplaces or SMB workflows.
• Seeks a leader with sharp AI-era instincts for creating user value, managing AI-specific risks, and leading high-leverage teams effectively.
• Demands excellent communication skills to influence executives and investors, and a proven track record in high-growth, resource-constrained environments.
