IT Product Manager - Finance & Accounting

The Information Technology team at Rubrik influences business processes, employee experience, and technologies to scale our organization to $1B+. The IT Product Manager will own the Record to Report (R2R) track from an IT perspective and ensure the needs of the stakeholders (General Ledger, Payables, Fixed Assets, Accounting, Commissions, and others) around the R2R process and systems are taken care of. This candidate will provide accountability and authority over projects as well as be able to define and execute against a project plan. The candidate will look for ways to ensure various systems within the Accounting are functioning as expected. Manage end-to-end program management from proposal through solution delivery, business adoption, and post-implementation support using agile / sprint framework. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in business systems and analytics and 8+ years experience in accounting operations with strong process knowledge on Record to Report (R2R). Experience working with an Onsite / Offshore model is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver program status, roadmaps, business outcomes & impacts, and metrics.
