Accountabilities:

  • Collect, assess, and interpret general economic and sector-specific research to support underwriting decisions.
  • Initiate, lead, and manage the end-to-end underwriting process for judicial and contractual bonds.
  • Evaluate transactions against underwriting guidelines and risk appetite, making approval decisions within delegated authority.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in infrastructure and real estate projects or Surety underwriting.
  • University degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
