Manager, Futures Remote Operations

We’re looking for a Manager, Futures to help us build and scale our futures and prediction markets products. In this role, you’ll blend deep subject-matter expertise with hands-on operational leadership — shaping features, managing risk, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution. You will act as a subject-matter expert on futures clearing and prediction markets, shaping product features, daily operations, and risk practices. You will build and improve systems, processes, controls, and tools to support the full product lifecycle — from launch through day-to-day execution. You will oversee financial and collateral requirements, with a focus on optimizing capital efficiency. You will also lead daily operations like confirmations, settlement, expiry, delivery, and reconciliations, while supporting smooth rollout of new features. You will partner on risk management by monitoring client activity, concentration limits, and firm exposure, and by strengthening controls to protect clients and the company. Additionally, you will contribute to policies, regulatory compliance, incident management, and client-facing materials that keep our operations safe, transparent, and aligned with industry standards.
