They will play a critical role setting up the accounting framework and financial compliance structure for KOHO's banking license application and future banking operations. Responsibilities include managing accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial closings, audit completion, and regulatory filings. They will maintain regulatory compliance, manage internal controls, and advise on accounting implications of new product lines. The role also involves driving process improvements and team mentorship.
