Job Description
Project Delivery:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects—ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Implement and manage delivery frameworks, reporting cadence, and risk/issue management to maintain project health.
- Track budgets, ensure profitability targets, and manage scope changes effectively.
Client Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trusted partnerships within an organization, and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Comfortable presenting to and meeting with C-Suite stakeholders.
Team Leadership:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of designers, architects, developers, strategists, and QA to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Allocate resources efficiently and forecast project needs.
