About the role:

• We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build our pre-service products: insurance eligibility, prior authorization, referrals, and patient cost estimates.
• You'll build AI-based workflows that combine and interpret data from multiple sources to produce reliable answers.

Key responsibilities:

• Build AI-based workflows that combine and interpret data from multiple extraction channels to produce reliable answers.
• Analyze production data to find and fix accuracy gaps on real customer problems.
• Completely own your features end-to-end, from product requirements to maintenance.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience building complex backend systems with strong Python.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development and a passion for building exceptional products.
