Agile Project Manager (ICON)

Responsibilities:

• Use consultative skills and business knowledge to advise on objectives, processes, and systems integration.
• Analyze IT business needs, gather data, research problems, and recommend solutions.
• Collect requirements through interviews and surveys and prepare findings for stakeholders.

Agile Management:

• Manage Agile processes, requirements, Jira, and related technical documentation.
• Deliver multiple Agile projects and removing blockers using appropriate methodologies.
• Prioritize user stories within the product backlog.

Technical Oversight:

• Oversee IT development, operations, and maintenance support.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in environments leveraging AWS Cloud tools.
• Implement quality assurance and quality control processes.
