Responsibilities:
- Handling legal and regulatory matters for Crypto.com’s CFTC and SEC registered businesses in the US.
- Assisting in drafting, reviewing and updating policies/procedures and terms and conditions.
- Representing Crypto.com on a variety of topics with regulators.
Requirements:
- Qualified/licensed lawyer with 3-5 years of experience in financial product legal and regulatory work.
- Excellent knowledge of US financial laws and regulatory structures.
- Strong organizational/project management skills and communication skills.
