The Role:
- You will own the platforms Reachdesk runs on, the security programme our customers rely on, and the IT that keeps the company working.
- You will set the architecture, governance, and roadmap, lead a small team, and work directly with the executive team.
- You will carry a standing mandate to automate manual work and drive AI adoption across the business.
About You:
- You have 5+ years in business systems or IT leadership within B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years leading a function.
- You have deep ownership of enterprise CRM, ERP, and integration layers, and accountable ownership of a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 programme.
- You are hands-on, strong with AI, and able to translate technical trade-offs into commercial impact.
