Senior Business Systems Analyst- People & Internal Systems

Integration & Platform Ownership:

• Own the integration layer across payroll, benefits, identity management, and finance.
• Administer Claude Enterprise environment including workspace configuration, usage governance, and security.
• Drive AI platform adoption by building onboarding paths and usage guidelines.

Systems Configuration & Automation:

• Configure business processes, condition rules, and security across enterprise systems.
• Automate manual work through business process automation, iPaaS tooling, and Claude-powered workflows.
• Measure outcomes like integration uptime, data quality, and process cycle time.

Stakeholder Partnership & Growth:

• Embed yourself in how teams work to surface friction and translate findings into requirements.
• Maintain thorough documentation of system configuration, integration architecture, and data flows.
• Expand into broader systems, integrations, and AI platform ownership as the team matures.
