Senior Staff AI Agent Engineer – Moveworks

About the Role:

• You'll own the end-to-end technical relationship with enterprise customers, translating business challenges into AI solutions.
• This is a customer-facing, field-based role requiring travel up to 25% of the time.

What You'll Own:

• Serve as the primary technical owner across 3-5 strategic customer engagements, driving adoption and outcomes.
• Architect and deliver high-impact AI solutions using the Moveworks Platform, developing novel AI agent frameworks.
• Design secure integrations with enterprise systems like ServiceNow, Workday, Okta, and Jira.

About You:

• You are a technical generalist with a customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
• You have mastery in API-based integration, LLM-based systems design, and prompt engineering.
• You are curious, adaptable, and have entrepreneurial grit to navigate ambiguity.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of customer-facing technical experience in solutions engineering or similar roles.
• Proven track record of driving technical adoption with enterprise customers.
• Experience with full-stack workflows using REST APIs, iPaaS tools, and scripting languages.
