Associate Solution Consultant

Technical Responsibilities:

• Become an expert in RainFocus platform and train client admins as necessary.
• Configure the RainFocus platform based on client requirements and best practices.

Analysis and Communication:

• Work with clients to identify business requirements and facilitate holistic system configuration.
• Document requirements, solution designs, and testing plans for implementation projects.
• Provide regular updates on milestones and communicate issues to project managers.

Organizational and Team Expectations:

• Balance priorities across multiple assignments and complete tasks on time.
• Contribute to implementation tools and processes while working within small, focused teams.
• Travel domestically or internationally up to 20% to support client implementations.
