About the Role:
- This is a hands-on technical leadership role, designing systems and writing code.
- You'll drive major initiatives from idea to production and mentor other engineers.
What You'll Own:
- Lead technical design and execution of major products and engineering initiatives.
- Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems across backend, frontend, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Set a high bar for code quality, testing, security, and production reliability.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong software engineering background with experience shipping production systems.
- Deep technical expertise in backend, frontend, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure.
- Proven experience leading major engineering projects and providing technical leadership.
Location & Language:
- This is a remote role, hiring globally across multiple countries and time zones.
- English is the main working language across global teams.
