What you'll own:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack.
- Own engineering delivery for major product areas, ensuring speed and technical quality.
- Drive architecture, set standards, and stay close to technical work through reviews and debugging.
What we're looking for:
- Strong software engineering background with experience shipping real production systems.
- Experience leading engineers, owning delivery, and making sound architecture trade-offs.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, able to prioritize and drive teams toward clear outcomes.
