Engineering Manager

What you will own:

• Lead and grow the existing team responsible for Fellow's desktop application, botless recording experience, mobile recording, and real-time audio and video infrastructure.
• Coach and develop engineers, ensure knowledge and ownership are shared broadly, and make reliability a competitive advantage.
• Stay technically hands-on by writing production code, pairing on difficult bugs, and setting technical direction.

What we are looking for:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience and 2+ years of managing software engineers.
• A genuine desire to remain technically involved, experience leading production-critical systems, and a track record of improving reliability.
• Strong judgment balancing feature delivery, user impact, and platform investment, and comfort turning ambiguity into momentum.
