- Design end-to-end product experiences from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Partner with the Head of Design and Engineering to research, define, and roll out a world-class, scalable design system

- Comfortable owning design end-to-end with minimal oversight
- Strong UI instincts, with a portfolio demonstrating polished, modern work at the level of leading consumer products
